We conduct rigorous research and develop evidence-based written materials for lawyers, organizations, and institutions advancing gender equality, anti-oppression, and access to justice. This includes reports, policy analyses, position papers, and educational content that inform training, program development, and systemic change.

 We design and facilitate engaging, skills-focused workshops for service providers, community organizations, and legal professionals — from initial needs assessment through to live delivery. Each workshop is tailored to the specific needs of an organization's staff, clients, and mandate, grounded in current trauma-informed and evidence-based frameworks, and includes facilitator materials suited to virtual or in-person delivery. Topics include:

We work with institutions to review and develop policies on anti-oppression, violence prevention, family law, technology safety, and cultural safety. Our approach integrates legislative requirements, sector best practices, and evidence-informed strategies — with a consistent focus on equity, accessibility, and community well-being.

We develop structured, standards-aligned curriculum for legal education programs, colleges, and training organizations. This includes course and program design, competency mapping and learning outcome alignment, program audit preparation, and faculty onboarding materials.
